Recent reports have suggest that Frank Ocean was pulled over by police for "driving suspicious." The singer dude and his man friend were driving around Mono County, Cali and something was awry. Whatever Frank was doing is a mystery and I won't speculate, but it prompted the cops to pull him over. BUT, there have been reports that there may have been some hanky panky that gets people to thinking about a past Teddy Pendergrass episode.
